Purpose:

At the meeting of the Council held on 23 February 2017, it was agreed that the Mayor and Chief Executive review the projects in relation to Edginswell Station and Princess Pier Structural Repairs and make recommendations to the Council at its meeting in July.

Further, it was agreed that the Mayor and Chief Executive review and make recommendations on the specific proposals for expenditure of the capital budget for Integrated Transport. This was also requested for the meeting of the Council in July.

Decision:

That consideration of the Business Cases for Edginswell Station, Princess Pier Structural Repairs and the Integrated Transport Schemes be deferred from the meeting of the Council in July 2017 to the meeting of the Council in September 2017.

Reasons for the decision:

It has not been possible to undertake the reviews requested in order to meet the publication deadlines for the July meeting of the Council due to a lack of capacity within the organisation.

The decision will come into force immediately.
