That an amount of £18,600 be awarded from the Paignton allocation of the Community Infrastructure Levy Fund to Torbay Sea Cadets for the replacement of Torbay Sea Cadet Unit safety and training boats.

The applications were considered by the CiL Spend Panel on 13 October 2026 and recommendations were made to the Divisional Director, Place Strategy.

An alternative option would have been to refuse the application, this option was discounted as the application met the criteria for funding.

This decision will come into force with effect from 13 October 2026.
