That an amount of £6756 be awarded from the Torquay allocation of the Community Infrastructure Levy Fund to the Wellswood Community Partnership to carry out essential repairs and refurbishment of the historic shelter on Walls Hill.
Reasons for the decision:
The applications were considered by the CiL Spend Panel on 3 June 2025 and recommendations were made to the Divisional Director of Planning, Housing and Climate Emergency.

An alternative option would have been to refuse the application, this option was discounted as the application met the criteria for funding.
Implementation:
This decision will come into force with effect from 3 June 2025.
