To proceed to conditionally exchange contracts for the turnkey acquisition of the completed units, with completion of the acquisition to take place once the relevant conditions have been met.
Reasons for the decision:
· To meet the objectives set out in the 11 September 2024 Cabinet Paper.
· To increase the supply of affordable housing.
· To utilise the grant funding secured by Torbay Council specifically for this project.
· To enable the Council to progress to the next and subsequent schemes.

· As set out in Section 5 of the Cabinet Paper.
