That an amount of £24,123.24, be awarded from the Paignton allocation of the Community Infrastructure Levy Fund to People’s Parkfield CIC for resurfacing works to the driveway at Parkfield, Colin Road, Paignton.

Reasons for the decision:

As agreed at Cabinet held on 12 December 2022, the Divisional Director of Planning, Housing and Climate Emergency has delegated authority to determine submissions from community groups. The Divisional Director of Planning, Housing and Climate Emergency consulted with members of the CiL Spend Panel by email on 15 March 2024.

Alternative options considered:

An alternative option would have been to refuse the application, this option was discounted as the application met the criteria for funding.

Implementation:

This decision will come into force with effect from 8 March 2024.

Determination of an application that sought £24,123.24 from the Community Infrastructure Levy Fund (neighbourhood proportion), for resurfacing works to the driveway at Parkfield, Paignton. The application was submitted by the People’s Parkfield CIC.
