Information:

Torbay Council, as the holder of the entire issued Authority Shares in Tor2 Limited is required to approve any change of Directors. The Chief Executive of Torbay Council has delegated authority to determine all appointments to outside bodies (outside of those appointment by Council following elections). It is proposed that the Chief Executive of Torbay Council approves, on behalf of Torbay Council, the appointment of Matthew Fairclough-Kay as a Director of Tor2 Limited and the removal of Michael Morey as a Director of Tor2 Limited
