Decision:
That Councillor Law be appointed as the Council’s representative on the Torbay Youth Trust until May 2023.
Reasons for the decision:
To appoint a Councillor to become a Trustee on the Torbay Youth Trust.

Information:
The Council has received a request from the Torbay Youth Trust to appoint a Cabinet Member as a Trustee on the Torbay Youth Trust, which the Council had previously had a representative on.
Torbay Youth Trust is a charity dedicated to promoting and supporting the wellbeing of children and young people in Torbay, in particular those who are vulnerable and who need our help most.
In accordance with the Constitution the above appointment falls to the Chief Executive to determine in consultation with the Group Leaders.
The Group Leaders/Deputy Leader were consulted on 1 October 2019.
