To ensure the Corporate Asset Management Plan reflects the agreed governance processes.

Information:
The Director of Corporate Services has carried out a technical review of the Corporate Asset Management Plan in light of the change in governance arrangements from Elected Mayor to Leader and Cabinet. The document has also been updated to reflect that the Strategic Land Task Group no longer exists and its governance arrangements now fall to the Cabinet to determine.
In accordance with paragraph F8 of the Standing Orders – Budget and Policy Framework which states ‘it will be kept under review and may be amended following consultation with the Leader of the Council, relevant member and Group Leaders.’ The Leader of the Council, Group Leaders and Cabinet Member for Economic Regeneration, Tourism and Housing have been consulted and supported the revisions to the Corporate Asset Management Plan as set out in the document attached to this Record of Decision.
