N.B. You will need to register again even if you have used the previous online admissions process .

You can then add and view applications for school places. Before you use this site please read the Torbay Council TIPS8 booklet and the primary or secondary supplement. If you need a copy please use the link on the contacts page.

**Primary Transfer 2023

The Portal is now open for transfer into primary education for the first time and will close on 15 January 2023 at 23.59

Secondary Transfer 2023

The Portal for applying for Secondary Transfer 2023 is now closed. Please contact us on 01803 208908 for an application form or by emailing us at pupil.services@torbay.gov.uk. Your application will now be late.

In Year Admissions

You can only apply for schools in Torbay Council’s area. You are not able to apply for in year transfers for schools in another local authority. You will also need to contact these schools directly for a request for in year transfer.

Please remember that you should only complete an application for a school place if you have parental responsibility

To begin Click on REGISTER (if you have registered on this system previously you do not have to register again, just log in) It is important that you remember your log on information and security question. After registering you will receive an email, you will need to click on the link in the email to activate your account.
