ANNEXE 1
MANDATORY CONDITION: WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL

1)       No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-

()        at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or

()        at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.

2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEXE 2

CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General

1.              There shall be no live entertainment or special risk entertainment.

The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

1.              The premises shall not accept bookings from stag parties or all male parties.

2.              The premises must have CCTV.

3.              The premises shall sell plenty of soft drinks and close the bar at a reasonable hour.

4.              The till drawer shall be removed at the end of each evening.

Public Safety

1.              Smoke alarms and fire extinguishers shall be serviced regularly.

2.              Fire certificate must be in place.

3.              There must be fire safety equipment.

4.              Fire exits must be kept unobstructed.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance

1.              There premises shall only allow sensible drinking and controlled opening bar times.

2.              The owners must live on the premises to ensure guests respect others.

The Protection of Children From Harm

1.              There shall be no gambling on the premises.

2.              There shall be no adult entertainment on offer.

3.              Only the licensee or his spouse shall serve behind the bar.

4.              Children must be accompanied by an adult.

5.              There shall be no cigarette sales.
