CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
1. A CCTV capable of providing images of an evidential standard shall operate throughout all times that the premises are open to the public with monitor behind the bar and a recording system. All recordings must be kept for a minimum of 14 days during which time the police shall be provided with downloaded images within 7 days of request. The premises must ensure that they have sufficient disks or memory sticks available for this purpose.
2. No super strength beers, lagers or ciders of 6.1% or above shall be sold from the premises.
3. No single cans of beers, lagers or ciders shall be sold from the premises and multi-packs will not be split up. This condition shall not apply to premium brands sold at a higher price.
4. The premises shall keep a refusals register and record details of all refusals within this register. This register shall be retained on the premises for a period of 12 months and be produced to any representative from a responsible authority on request.
5. All staff shall receive training, and refresher training on at least a 6monthly basis, in relation to their responsibilities under the Licensing Act 2003. Records of staff training shall be kept and retained on the premises for a period of 12 months. Training records will be produced to any representative of a responsible authority on request.
6. The premises shall operate a Challenge 25 Policy whereby any individual who appears to be under the age of 25 years of age shall be required to produce an approved form of photographic identification as outlined within the Torbay Council’s Licensing Statement of Principles.
7. Challenge 25 Posters will be prominently displayed within the premises.
8. Prominently located notices will be displayed requesting customers leaving the store at night to do so quietly thereby respecting local residents.
The prevention of crime and disorder

5. The premises shall prominently display signage advising customers that they are entering a Public Space Protection Order area which prohibits the consumption of alcohol. This signage must be visible to customers as they exit the premises.
