General
1. The licence holders shall comply with all the rules and regulations to the best of their abilities and knowledge to ensure that they operate a well run business, which is successful, benefits the local community and complies with the requirements of the local authorities to their satisfaction.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The tills shall be emptied on a nightly basis.
2. Persons who appear to be under the influence of alcohol shall not be admitted to the premises.
3. Alarm systems shall be operational when the premises are unoccupied.
4. Customers shall be asked to leave quietly and in an orderly manner.
Public Safety
1. The premises shall be well lit inside and sodium lighting shall be provided outside the premises.
2. Disabled toilet facilities shall be available.
3. Emergency gas switches shall be provided and will switch off automatically.
4. Fire precautions and fire fighting equipment shall be provided and maintained.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. The volume control of the music shall be located behind the bar.
2. Noise and smell shall be kept to a minimum.
3. Bottles shall be disposed of during daytime hours.
4. Refuse collections shall not be made at night time.
The Protection of Children from Harm
1. Children and under 18's shall only be admitted when accompanied by an adult and only when dining in the restaurant.
2. A full range of soft drinks shall be available.
3. Alcohol/intoxicants shall not be served to any person under the age of 18. Photographic identification shall be requested from any person who appears to be under the age of 21 and such a person shall not be served alcohol if no identification is forthcoming.
4. No tobacco products of any description shall be sold from the premises.
