  CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE

  General

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.

  CCTV shall be installed.

   

  2.

  Security lighting shall be installed.

   

  3.

  Till drawers shall be removed when closed.

   

  4.

  Alcohol shall be served with food only.

   

  5.

  The premises shall join the Night Net system.

   

  Public Safety

   

  1.

  There shall be an onsite first aid box.

   

  2.

  There shall be clear warning signage as required.

   

  3.

  There shall be clearly marked exits.

   

  4.

  There shall be regular fire alarm testing.

   

  The Prevention of Public Nuisance

   

  1.

  Cooking and other smells from premises shall not cause nuisance to nearby properties.

   

  2.

  The mechanical extract system installed within kitchen shall operate in a manner so as not to cause a noise or odour nuisance to nearby residents.

   

  3.

  Deliveries shall be in daylight hours.

   

  The Protection of Children from Harm

   

  1.

  There shall be no onsite cigarette sales.

   

  2.

  ID shall be sought from anyone who appears to be 21 or under.

  CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY

   

•  

  The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

   

  1.

  A CCTV system of an evidential standard must be installed to the satisfaction of the police, and the system to be in operation at all times the premises are open to the public. Such system to include a recording monitor with all recordings to be kept for a period of 14 days and the police to have access at any reasonable time.

   

  2.

  Premises shall join and maintain membership of the Torquay Nitenet Radio Communications Scheme and participate whenever the premises are open to the public.

   

  3.

  The sale and supply of all alcohol shall be restricted to persons having meals on the premises.

   

  4.

  All drinks shall be served in toughened or strengthened glasses and no alcohol to be served in glass bottles from which it is intended or likely that a person shall drink.
