ANNEXE 1
MANDATORY CONDITION: WHERE LICENCE AUTHORISES SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL

1)       No supply of alcohol may be made under the premises licence:-

()        at a time where there is no designated premises supervisor in respect of the premises licence , or

()        at a time when the designated premises supervisor does not hold a personal licence or his/her personal licence is suspended.

2)              Every supply of alcohol under the premises licence must be made or authorised by a person who holds a personal licence.
ANNEXE 2

CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General

1.              The licensee shall promote a safe and friendly environment on and off the premises.

The Prevention of Crime and Disorder

1.              The premises must have security lighting.

2.              Residents shall have their own keys.

3.              Till drawers shall be removed at night.

4.              All cash shall be locked away securely.

Public Safety

1.              Fire safety equipment shall be serviced regularly.

2.              Accident book shall be kept to record all accidents.

3.              Deliveries and bins shall be emptied during daylight hours.

4.              Water and non alcoholic drinks must be available at all times.

5.              No smoking signs must be displayed and emergency exits must be kept clear and marked with exit signs.

The Prevention of Public Nuisance

1.              Noise from the premises before 11pm shall not be distinguishable above other noise and after 11pm shall not be distinguishable above background levels of noise.

The Protection of Children from Harm

1.              Proof of age scheme such as The Challenge 21 Policy shall apply and official ID proof such as photographic pass cards shall be required.

2.              A drunk person shall be refused alcohol.

3.              Children must be accompanied by an adult.
ANNEXE 3

CONDITIONS ATTACHED AFTER A HEARING BY THE LICENSING AUTHORITY
The Prevention of Public Nuisance

1.              All windows and doors shall be closed during periods of regulated entertainment.

2.              Regulated entertainment shall cease at midnight.

3.              The consumption of alcohol shall not be permitted in the rear garden of the premises after midnight.
