The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. All cash taken on the night shall be removed from the till every day.
2. If people are too drunk they shall not be served any more alcohol.
3. On duty police officers shall not be served.
4. If any anti-social behaviour takes place then the local police shall be informed.
Public Safety
1. CCTV must be provided to monitor the customers and can be useful in cases of public disturbance.
2. Few street lights and CCTVs must also be provided by Torbay Council to monitor the street.
3. Fire extinguishers must also be on the premises to protect the place from fire hazards.
4. Clear exit signs must also be available.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. There shall be background music only.
2. The kitchen must have a full ventilation system so that it won't cause disturbance during the work after 11pm.
3. All alcoholic drinks shall be received during daytime.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. Any children must not be served alcohol.
2. If in doubt of a person's age, ID shall be requested when purchasing alcohol.
3. Underage children shall not be served without adult supervision.
