CONDITIONS CONSISTENT WITH THE OPERATING SCHEDULE
General
1 The store must be adequately staffed so as to allow proper supervision and management.
2 The sale of alcohol is prohibited.
3 Pizza collected from the premises must be supplied in closed cardboard boxes.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
4 The premises must actively co-operate with the police.
5 The use or supply of illegal drugs must not be tolerated. Any such suspected activity on or in the vicinity of the store must be reported to the police.
6 Employment policy shall be designed to ensure the employment of professional and reputable staff.
7 The use or supply of glassware must not be permitted.
5. A CCTV system capable of providing pictures of an evidential standard shall operate at the premises throughout the times the premises are open to the public. All recordings from the system shall be kept for a minimum of 14 days and copies of recordings will be supplied to the police within 7 days of any request.
Public Safety
8 The premises must comply with all requisite health and safety legislation.
9 Regular health and safety risk assessments must be conducted.
10 Where a greater number of people than is conducive to public safety congregate in the premises, they shall be requested to leave the premises.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
11 Doors and windows must be kept closed at night to prevent the transmission of noise.
12 Customers visiting the premises must be asked to leave the premises quietly and with due consideration for neighbouring residents.
13 Delivery drivers must be instructed to enter and leave their vehicles quietly and considerately, not to leave engines running, to park considerately and at all times keep in mind residential neighbours.
14 There shall be no hesitation in banning persons who cause a noise nuisance regularly when leaving the premises.
15 Equipment must be properly sound insulated and operated strictly in accordance with manufacturers requirements, guidelines and tolerances.
16 Air extraction system must comply with building regulations requirements and shall be designed to ensure there is no escape of cooking smells to neighbouring properties.
17 The use or supply of glassware must not be permitted.
The Protection of Children from Harm
18 The premises shall not be licensed for the sale of alcohol.
