Conditions transferred from Operating Schedule
a) General
1. Notice must be displayed inside the premises regarding maximum occupancy of the building being 75 as specified by the Fire Authority.
2. The number of persons admitted on any occasion must not exceed this number.
3. This must be monitored by means of a Signing In Book
b) The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. This is a membership club, non members must be signed in.
2. Admittance restricted to those over 55 years of age.
3. No alcohol must be sold in the premises.
4. Membership must be withdrawn from anyone not behaving appropriately.
5. Premises open during hours of 10am - 4pm only.
c) Public Safety
1. A log book must be kept with particulars of all inspections undertaken.
2. Adequate access must be provided for emergency vehicles.
3. Health and Safety and Food Hygiene Regulations must be adhered to.
d) Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. Noise or vibration must not emanate from the premises such as to cause persons in the neighbourhood to be unreasonably disturbed.
2. Deliveries of food, drink or other materials must be carried out so as not to cause persons in the neighbourhood to be unreasonably disturbed.
e) Protection of Children from Harm
1. Children must not be allowed on the premises.
