This type of application should be used by anyone proposing to remove a hedgerow, or part of a hedgerow, covered by the Hedgerows Regulations 1997.

You can submit your application to us online via the Planning Portal.

You can also submit your application by downloading and completing an application form and sending it to us. You will need to supply your address then select the form Hedgerow removal notice.

There are no fees for this type of application.
