We have had to change the way that some of our services operate to meet the guidelines set out by the government in response to the Coronavirus pandemic.

A Public Inquiry will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams. It is scheduled to open at 10.00am on Tuesday 12 January 2021. It is expected to last for 8 days.

The Inspector appointed to decide the appeal will now be Andrew Dawe BSc (Hons), MSc, MPhil, MRTPI.

The Appeal is against Torbay Council’s non-determination of Outline application P/2017/1133 for residential led development of up to 373 dwellings (C3) together with the means of vehicular and pedestrian/cycle access together with the principle of a public house (A3/A4 use), primary school with nursery (D1), internal access roads and the provision of public open space (formal and informal) and strategic mitigation. The proposal includes amendments to Brixham Road, Long Road junction and Windy Corner junction. Details of access to be determined with all other matters reserved. Land To The South Of White Rock Adjacent To Brixham Road Aka Inglewood Paignton.
