I wish to make an objection to this planning application and trust you will agree with the request.

The occupier is a builder who works from home and had done so for the last four years.
The occupier uses his property for the storage of building equipment.
The occupier had a big metal shed in the front garden as a tool shed which make incredible loud noises when working in the shed.
The occupier and labourers bring building rubbish and debris to the property to fill up a skip. The skips he hires are unsightly and ugly with rubbish. The skip takes ages to be removed.
The occupier starts work before 8am in the morning.
The occupier had a fleet of vehicles with his personal branding that congregates outside the property. These vans are here to collect goods from store room and maginify the noise they make at the property.
This occupier is turning his property into a small industrial estate which had disturbed the peace and quiet to other residents and I who live adjacent to the occupier.
This occupier should be using a certified industrial estate for the use of his business.

Dear Sir /Madam,
I would like to make a few comments on the planning application of my next-door neighbour.
1, Under the environment protection act I believe that an industrial workshop and its inherent noises will constitute a statutory nuisance that will materially affect the enjoyment of our dwelling causing much stress to us and our disabled son who doesn't understand.
2, I do not see a fire risk assessment. Are there going to be gas bottles? MORE huge bonfires burning plastics and noxious substances?
Are the fire service aware?
If not i insist they are informed either by your department or failing that by me.which brings me to number:-
3, Access at the rear is very narrow and unmetaled. You wouldn't get a tender up it.
4,Town and Country planning act 1990 section 191 as amended by section 10 of the planning and compensation act,
Town and Country planning(use classes) order 1987.
Has there been an application for change of use from residential to industrial?
My house insurers are awaiting these responses.
We look forward to your response.

Regards Dave Stevens

Property: 197 Windsor Road, Torquay, TQ1 1SP

We wish to object to any further development to the above property, due to the fact that such buildings will be used for commercial use, to run the building business in a residential area.

Your sincerely

Paul and Karen Clifford
