We have a variety of meetings rooms available for hire at libraries across the Bay to both profit making and non-profit making organisations.

Surcharge

The following surcharges also apply to all room hire bookings made outside of office hours. 

• Weekday surcharge - £20 per hour
• Weekend surcharge - £25 per hour

Paignton Meeting Rooms

An additional fee of £48 will be charged to set up rooms outside of office hours and at weekends. The hirer may choose to set the room up themselves to avoid this charge.

VAT

Where the use of a meeting room will attract VAT, an additional amount at the appropriate VAT rate will be added to the total booking cost.
