Find out more about when you need to book a coronavirus test.
If you experience any COVID-19 symptoms or have been advised to book a test by a healthcare professional, it’s vital you do so straight away.
You must have a test in the first eight days of having symptoms. If you cannot do this, you and your household must self-isolate for ten days from the day your symptoms start.
Book a free COVID-19 test online or call 119 to book one.
We have two testing centres in Torbay for people with COVID-19 symptoms:
Opening times of the testing centres are subject to change, please check the NHS map to show current opening times of testing centre's (click on the icon on the map for opening times).
You must book a test in advance and you will be told which centre in Torbay to go to.
Appointments are available every day.
Avoid travelling by public transport to and from the testing centre.
Parking is available at both centres and you will receive instructions on driving or walking to the centre when you book your test.
When you have your test you must follow social distancing guidelines and wear a face covering at all times.
