If you experience any COVID-19 symptoms, or if you have had a positive LFD test, or have been advised to book a test by a healthcare professional, it’s vital that you do so straight away.
You must have a test in the first eight days of having symptoms. If you cannot do this, you and your household must self-isolate for ten days from the day your symptoms start.

We have two testing centres in Torbay for people with COVID-19 symptoms:
Opening times of the testing centres are subject to change, please check the NHS map to show current opening times of testing centre's (click on the icon on the map for opening times).
You must book a test in advance and you will be told which centre in Torbay to go to.
Appointments are available every day.
Avoid travelling by public transport to and from the testing centre.
Parking is available at both centres and you will receive instructions on driving or walking to the centre when you book your test.
When you have your test you must follow social distancing guidelines and wear a face covering at all times.

You must self-isolate:
Self-isolating is a legal requirement. It means that you must not leave your home for the specified period of time stated by NHS Test and Trace. Fines can be issued to those who do not adhere.
