The Love to Ride Devon - Summer Cycle Challenge - month is in September, but you can start limbering up and getting your bike ready now! You don’t need to have Olympic sized goals, the aim is to get you and your colleagues to experience first-hand the joys and benefits of riding a bike. So gather your colleagues, make a team and get on your bikes!
It’s a ‘Points means prizes’ approach and you can earn points for every bike ride you complete in September which lasts for more than 10 minutes. There are points for miles, days cycled, existing riders and those new to cycling, the prizes are actually pretty good too - last year’s main prize was a trip to New Zealand! The fun part is you can compete against other businesses across Devon - that are similar size and scale to you on the Love to Ride website. In addition to cycling your daily route to work, don’t forget there are many exciting cycle trails to discover across Devon.

- Record your rides - you can them automatically from other apps like Strava
- Recruit your colleagues
- Go into the draw for great prizes
