The annual Ageing Well Torbay Festival – a celebration of older people – is taking place online and on the radio for the second year in a row.

Taking place virtually on Friday 1 October between 10am and 2pm, the @Home Festival will be live-streamed from the Ageing Well Torbay website and on Riviera FM.

The festival will feature the best of talent from across the Bay and a traditional mix of music, dance, talks, exercise, advice, hidden histories and much more.

But what makes this year’s festival special is the opportunity to join friends to watch it in venues across the Bay at special screenings that Community Builders will host.

The screenings are at The Edge in Brixham, at the All Saints Church Hall, Cary Avenue in Babbacombe, at the Torquay Museum, at the Together Church in St James Road, Torre, at Barton Baptist Church in Happaway Road and the Palace Theatre in Paignton.

For more detail, go to ageingwelltorbay.com for a programme or call 01803 212638 to book your place at a screening.
