Practicing yoga while pregnant can improve sleep, reduce stress/anxiety, prepare you mentally and physically for childbirth and release tension in the body and mind.

Take time out to relax, bond with your baby and nourish your body and mind during this special time. Classes will include a number of yoga postures adapted to your changing body, meditation, breathing exercises and deep relaxation.

Suitable from 14 weeks.

No yoga experience necessary.
