Nurturing and supporting mums to re-charge, re-adjust and positively embrace this new stage of life with a baby. We will ease out common aches and pains with a safe and gentle practice using movement, breath and sound to soothe baby and relax mum. Breathing exercises for pelvic floor rehabilitation, sound and breath work to boost energy and deep relaxation facilitates real rest when tiredness can be overwhelming. Sharing the space and experiences with other mums and their babies builds community and makes us stronger. All joined together with songs, sounds and movements to keep the little ones calm and entertained. Postnatal yoga can also help babies suffering from reflux, colic and other digestive issues.
