Abbfest is more than a beer and food festival. It is a registered charity which uses the surplus from each festival to make grants to local charities and organisations. Everyone who comes to Abbfest contributes to our charitable efforts through the money they spend.
Over the last 14 years we have had over 100,000 visitors, raises over £200,000 for charities and community groups and server nearly half a million pints of beer and cider.
On offer are over 200 locally produced beers and ciders as well as a wine, pimms and prosecco bar and hot food were available throughout the weekend.
In the food and craft tent, we had a range of local producers showcasing their talent and awesome skills so many people selected Christmas presents to store away for the not too distant future.
Entertainment included workshops, chef demonstrations and music throughout.
There are also lot of things going on for the children culminating with Tractor Ted inflatable fun on Sunday, children's entertainment both days with Alan Austin doing Balloon Modelling and Magic and kiddie Go Karts!
