Children’s Services and Torbay Schools process information about children in order to run their education and social care systems and meet requirements set down by Government.
Throughout our collection and processing procedures we ensure this complies with the Data Protection Act 1998. This means that the data held about children must only be used for specific purposes allowed by law.
