We are very proud of all our apprentices and our apprenticeship programme. These short case studies introduce you to some of our apprentices and show you the types of roles, opportunities and experiences you will gain as one of our apprentices.
Building Control Apprentice
When the opportunity arose for this apprenticeship I jumped at the chance to become a qualified member of the construction and local government work force.
Before I saw an apprenticeship I was at a loss at what I wanted to do in relation to work. I chose to apply as I believed that it was a good starting point for my career.
Legal Services Apprentice
When I stumbled upon the amazing opportunity to work in this environment I was thrilled at the thought of being an apprentice with Torbay Council.
I wanted to become an apprentice because I felt that it was a fantastic opportunity to start a new career, resulting in a new qualification, I simply couldn’t it let pass by me by!
