We have had to change the way that some of our service operates to meet the guidelines set out by the government in response to the Coronavirus pandemic and to provide additional support for those affected.

It is important to have a payment plan that help you to make your payments on time. You can ask for weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments, you can spread your payments over 12 months and change how you pay. 

We can only change the payments on current year bills. Also we will not be able to set up a Direct Debit if two previous Direct Debits have failed in the current Council Tax year.

You must continue to pay your existing bill while you are waiting for any changes to be made. If you don’t you may get a reminder.
