A Brighter Bay Video Transcript

Torbay a brighter bay
Boat coming into the shore through other boats.
Long distance shot of the hot air balloon rising.
Birds eye view of Torquay seafront and roads then breaking up into two separate shots of the Torquay harbour and a bird’s eye view of the seafront and Torquay.
Shot’s change to boats and water-skiers, then shot changes once more to a couple on a boat.

The screen then splits into two and shows wires/business and technology.

Long shot of the train above the beach huts.
A shot of Torquay town with all the people around; walking down the street.
Screen splits into two again one side is a shot of the ‘Rolex’ sign and people shopping, then changes to a solution and a picture of a building.

Shot splits in two with money and calculations and then the writing reads underneath “High spending power”.
Then a long shot comes up of Union Street with writing saying remove clutter and a shot of it all looking re-furbished.
Same shots (different place) the lanes with the writing underneath saying “specialist shopping” and “artistic studios” and “eating and drinking”.
