Our outreach services have been developed to support the inclusion of pupils with a range of needs in all Torbay’s maintained schools, including special schools and provisions.
The referrals are managed by us and, if appropriate, followed by a visit from an Advisory Teacher specific to the particular Outreach Service. Following the visit the school can expect written feedback which may include suggestions for intervention and follow up dates.

Access to these services is through a referral process and only once parental consent has been received. You can can make a referral by downloading and completing the form and sending it to us.
