Availability
Availability is defined as the continual ability to "see" the Council's home page utilising the same method and equipment that a member of the public would use once the request reached the networking hardware under the Council's control.
A check occurs every ten minutes. Any downtime recorded will be in discrete ten minute chunks. The Council's own target for this is to make the site "available" to the public at least 97.8% of the time.
