Torbay Council aims to ensure all of its existing public toilets are well maintained and kept in a clean and safe condition. We also endeavour to ensure they are open during the hours stated. This may not always be possible, if this is the case and a problem persist for any length of time we will provide details of the nearest available alternative facility.
