Use this application for a variation or removal of condition(s) of a planning permission or listed building consent. Conditions are listed on the Decision Notice granting planning permission. A common example of a removal of a condition is to request to remove a condition that limits use of a property for holiday use between given dates; if you wish to make a change to a permitted scheme and is too large to be considered non-material you may be able to submit a variation of condition application so long as your Decision Notice lists the approved plans as a condition.
