The Library and Leisure Card offers Torbay residents reduced entry charges to a wide range of indoor and outdoor health and recreational activities.
You can also use the card at any Torbay Library to borrow books, hire DVDs, CDs and language courses or take advantage of free internet and email access. Free computer taster sessions are also on offer for those who have not used a computer before - just ask staff for details.
Who can have a card?
The card is for any Torbay resident who qualifies for any of a number of income and health related benefits. A list of eligible benefits as well as what proof we require in order to register you is included in the leaflet below.
