Performance Overview and Monitoring

Torbay produces various reports on performance management. The current approach to performance management ensures we are reducing duplication and taking a more efficient approach to reporting.
Torbay Council has designed and produced a quarterly report to capture all performance related issues into one document, The Performance Overview and Monitoring Report. This report is used to report to Senior Leadership Team (SLT), and is in the public domain for scrutiny. This report looks at all performance indicators and projects in the Strategic Scorecard, which splits the entities by the strategic objectives for the year.
