Consultation with Responsible Authorities for Premises Licence applications
All applications require the applicant to formally consult with ‘responsible authorities’ (specified below). This means that a notice must be served on each of them within 7 days of the application being is submitted to the Licensing Authority. The applicant must do this and prove that this has occurred.
The list of responsible authorities can be found in either the attached document or as part of the Guide to applying for a Gambling Premises Licence or Permit.
