Parking services provide various parking permits for the 45 car parks in Torbay. The following Off Street Car Park permits are available:

| Annual Site Specific | Can be used in ONE specified Long Stay Car Park Only (See note 3) | £400.00 |
| Six Month Permit | Covers use in all Torbay Council Car Parks | £285.00 |
| Six Monthly Site Specific | Can be used in ONE specified Long Stay Car Park Only (See note 3) | £250.00 |
| Three Month Permit | Covers use in all Torbay Council Car Parks | £175.00 |
| Three Month Site Specific | Can be used in ONE specified Long Stay Car Park Only (See note 3) | £165.00 |
| Weekly Permit | Covers use in all Torbay Council Car Parks | £26.50 |
Note 3 - Site specific period tickets are valid at 1 designated long stay car park, not available for Town Hall, Beacon Quay or Brixham Central.
Note 6 - Commuter permits available for use in all specified car parks identified in Schedule 1 of the Off Street Parking Order as (CP) namely - Harbour, Shedden Hill, Torre Valley, Union Square, Colin Road, Roundham, Victoria, Breakwater, and Shoalstone.
Please be aware that these permits are valid in Torbay Council Off Street Car Parks only, they are not valid for use in any on street pay and display parking place.
