Deadline for lobbying for South Devon Link Road - 13 October 2011
Devon County Council and Torbay Council are proposing a new carriageway to improve the link between Torbay and South Devon, bypassing the village of Kingskerswell. The new road will bring huge economic benefits to the area as well as significant environmental gains including alleviating congestion and dramatically improving the air quality for residents.
We still need community support to show that residents and businesses of Torbay and Devon need and want this link road to happen (up to 13th October). Please let us know your thoughts as soon as you can. Please email: development.pool@dft.gsi.gov.uk. or find more details at South Devon Link Road

The news that the South Devon Link Road has become more of a reality with the announcement from the Department for Transport today (Friday 4 February) has been warmly welcomed by Devon County Council and Torbay Council.
