Torbay Council is committed to keeping residents informed about its work. Torbay View is a readable, attractive magazine featuring just some of the hundreds of services provided by the council and its partners.

Torbay View is produced by the council in partnership with local newspaper the Herald Express. It is distributed to 63,000 households in Torbay and aims to give readers the latest news, information and advice on the council and its partners.
