 Housing & Council Tax Benefits...these are national welfare benefits available to people on low incomes, and are administered by local Councils. |  Housing Advice...offers advice on a wide range of issues, including preventing homelessness, rented accommodation, housing support, housing register and shared ownership. |
 Housing Partnership... working with Housing Associations and developers to increase the supply of affordable homes for rent/shared ownership. |  Housing Standards...responsible for ensuring that properties in Torbay are safe, warm and secure, including rented, owned or mobile homes. |
 Landlords...information for/about private landlords and associations, including the Torbay Pound and Benefits. |  Report Housing Faults...some Housing Associations enable you to report your housing faults and repairs online. |
 Supporting People...developing services which support people to live independently, including young people, people with a disability, homeless people and victims of domestic abuse. |  Torbay Home Improvement Service...helping disabled adults/children to adapt their homes so that they can remain living safely and comfortably in the community. |
