How to order a copy of the ROWIP
If you would like to order a hard copy of the Rights of Way Improvement Plan (ROWIP) then please send your name, address and a cheque, made payable to Torbay Council, for the sum of £15.00, for the attention of the Public Rights of Way Officer.
