How to Join the Scheme

Becoming accredited is simple and free of charge. If you wish to become accredited you will need to:

• Read, understand and abide by the Code of Practice
• Complete the on-line application form

Following receipt of your application we will then:

• Undertake some checks (points 19 to 23 on the Code of Practice)
• Issue a username and password to access the Members Area and take advantage of the scheme
• Arrange with you a date to inspect your property(ies) to ensure it satisfies part 10 of the Code of Practice
