Accredited Landlords

Below is a list of landlords who have successfully had properties that they let accredited. As a tenant or prospective tenant you can request sight of the accreditation certificate. The accreditation certificate is evidence that the property named on the certificate has been accredited with Torbay Council. This is an indication that the property meets current housing standards and that the landlord has agreed to a management code of practice. Please note that not all properties a landlord may own will be accredited:
