Who can be Helped by Supporting People?

Supporting People services can help a wide range of adults including:

• older people with support needs
• the frail elderly
• people with learning disabilities
• people with a physical or sensory disability
• people with mental health problems
• women experiencing domestic violence
• ex offenders and those at risk of offending
• people recovering from drug or alcohol problems
• young people leaving care and/or at risk
• homeless people
• teenage parents
• refugees and asylum seekers
• rough sleepers
• people with HIV/Aids
• people with complex needs
