Housing Allocations - Rehousing Decision Appeal

You can ask Riviera Housing to review a decision they have made about:

• your eligibility to join the register
• the number of points you have been awarded
• removing your name from the register

If you think the decision is wrong you must write to the Housing Association after receiving the decision letter. A Senior Officer who was not involved in the original decision will review your case and you will be notified in writing of the outcome of the review.
