Casual worker holiday pay advice

In October last year Torbay Council carried out a review of its casual worker arrangements. During this process we became aware that casual workers have not received their correct holiday pay entitlement, in line with national increases.

How do I know if I am entitled to a payment?

In order for us to make any payments owed, you will need to sign and return the Holiday Pay Claim Form below, indicating whether your details have changed or remained the same since you last worked for us.
Once complete, please return using the FREEPOST address below; (no stamp required):

Once verified, payments will be made directly into your bank account on the next available monthly payroll.
