Mid-Phase Admissions
If you are moving to Torbay or moving from one area to another within the Bay and you require a school place for your child you should read TIPS Booklet 4 - Mid-Phase Admissions (see Related Documents).
For the majority of schools the Local Authority (Torbay Council) is responsible for admissions but in voluntary aided and foundation schools the governing body is responsible for admissions. If you would like a place for your child at a voluntary aided or foundation school you should approach the school direct.
